FILLING MEALS LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Felt Royale mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Felt Royale. The app is designed as an education-only Texas Hold'em training experience and is not a gambling service.
Based on the current design and published Data safety information, Felt Royale does not collect personal information from users through the app. You are not required to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, payment information, or other personally identifying information in order to use the app's educational features.
The app may store learning progress, lesson completion, streaks, achievements, preferences, or similar educational progress locally on your device in order to provide app functionality. This local information is not treated as data collected by the developer when it remains only on your device and is not transmitted off-device.
You may be able to remove locally stored information by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Device backup behavior, if any, depends on your operating system and device settings.
Felt Royale is designed exclusively for education and practice. It may include Texas Hold'em strategy lessons, scenario training, range practice, hand review, poker terminology, progress tracking, and similar educational content.
The app does not provide real-money play, betting, wagering, matchmaking, online gambling, cash games, prize pools, deposits, withdrawals, or other gambling services. Users are responsible for complying with applicable local laws and regulations.
Any information stored locally on your device may be used to support features such as lesson completion, practice progress, streaks, achievements, preferences, and app settings. Because the current version does not collect user data, we do not use personal data for advertising profiles, account creation, or cloud-based behavioral tracking.
According to the current Google Play Data safety disclosure, Felt Royale does not share user data with third parties.
If future versions of Felt Royale add third-party services such as analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud storage, authentication, or other SDKs that collect or transmit user data, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure will be updated to reflect those practices.
The current Google Play listing states that no user data is collected. Because there is no collected user data to transmit to the developer under the current design, server-side encryption of collected user data is not applicable. Users should still keep their devices, operating systems, and apps updated to help protect locally stored information.
Because Felt Royale does not currently collect user data or maintain user accounts, we generally do not retain personal user information on our servers. Local app data can generally be removed from the device by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app.
The Google Play listing currently states that data cannot be deleted through a developer-provided account deletion process. This is consistent with an app that does not collect user data or maintain server-side user accounts.
Felt Royale is an educational poker strategy app and is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If the app's audience, functionality, or data practices change, additional child-privacy safeguards may apply.
Users may access Felt Royale from different countries and regions. Because the current version does not collect user data, cross-border transfer of personal user information by the developer is not part of the app's current data practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the app, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When material changes are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
The Google Play Data safety declaration for Felt Royale should remain consistent with the behavior of the production app. If future releases begin collecting, sharing, or transmitting user data, both the Data safety form and this Privacy Policy should be reviewed and updated before or when those changes are released.
